CRS-4046: Invalid Oracle Clusterware configuration. – 11gR2

Hello Friends

After failed installation of 11gR2 Clusterware during the second attempt, i received the below error while running the “root.sh” script on the second node.

I got the following error

racnode2# sh /u02/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

Running Oracle 11g root script…

The following environment variables are set as:
ORACLE_OWNER= orarac
ORACLE_HOME=  /u02/app/11.2.0/grid

Creating /etc/oratab file…
Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by
Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created
Finished running generic part of root script.
Now product-specific root actions will be performed.
Using configuration parameter file: /u02/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_params
CRS-4046: Invalid Oracle Clusterware configuration.
CRS-4000: Command Create failed, or completed with errors.
Failure initializing entries in /etc/oracle/scls_scr/aaarac2
/u02/app/11.2.0/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u02/app/11.2.0/grid/perl/lib -I/u02/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install /u02/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl execution failed
